Private Duty Nurse LPN

Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse, you will provide one-on-one care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. Your expertise will make a lasting impact on their lives, and we are committed to supporting you every step of the way.
Responsibilities:- Implement physicians' prescribed plans of care
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
- Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
- Document care provided in our system of record
- Teach and train family members on health promotion and disease management
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required
- Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred
