POSITION SUMMARY:


The Sanitation Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of accommodations, meeting rooms, and other designated areas, ensuring a consistent presentation of cleanliness and high sanitation standards.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Uphold exceptional cleanliness standards across all facilities utilized by guests.

2. Prepare and organize all spaces for the use of rental groups.

3. Manage the collection, washing, drying, and folding of linens, sleeping bags, and other items used by guests.

4. Keep laundry facilities in a tidy and organized state.

5. Ensure the Cleaning Closet is maintained in an orderly manner.

6. Safeguard all cleaning supplies and equipment necessary for guest services.

7. Monitor and maintain inventory levels of cleaning supplies.

8. Conduct checks on lights, smoke detectors, CO2 detectors, and fire extinguishers.

9. Prepare all accommodations and restrooms for incoming guests.

10. Contribute to the cleanliness of indoor meeting areas.

11. Perform other related tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).

SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.

- Capability to work independently with minimal oversight.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.

TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT:
- Modern office equipment and relevant software.

- Appropriate janitorial and maintenance tools.

Qualified individuals must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation. Requests for modifications to meet physical requirements will be considered.
