Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in The Woodlands, Texas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our pediatric patients in an outpatient setting. As an Occupational Therapist, you will assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and provide direct patient care to help them achieve their maximum level of independence.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans to address their unique needs and goals.
  • Provide direct patient care, including occupational therapy treatments and interventions.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Document patient progress and treatment plans accurately and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university-based program.
  • Current licensure to practice Occupational Therapy in the state of Texas.
  • Basic Life Support certification.
  • Experience working with pediatric patients, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
