Job Title: Web Press Operator

Job Summary: ADi Group is seeking an experienced Web Press Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully running a web printing press, be results-driven, deadline-oriented, and mechanically inclined.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up the press to run jobs using specific specifications for each project
  • Coordinate printing schedule and priorities with the appropriate manager
  • Monitor printing for quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform quality control
  • Maximize use of printer operation time, paper, and other related supplies
  • Responsible for general maintenance of the press by completing preventative maintenance requirements

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-5 years minimum experience operating a printing press
  • Detail-oriented
  • Proactive problem-solving, troubleshooting skills, and sound judgment
  • Basic math skills
  • General computer knowledge/usage

Compensation and Benefits:

$30/hour
