Payroll Specialist Opportunity

Creative Financial Staffing is partnering with a leading healthcare organization in Malden, MA to find a skilled Payroll Specialist. This role offers a unique blend of accounting and finance functions, with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced department.

Responsibilities
  • Process payroll for 1,000 employees, including checking and auditing time sheets, processing amended timecards, and managing file upkeep in accordance with local, state, and federal payroll compliance.
  • Answer employee questions regarding paychecks and collaborate with the Team Lead to process paid time off accrual based on union contracts.
Requirements
  • 3+ years' experience in payroll processing, with union payroll processing a plus but not required.
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's degree is a plus, but experience is the primary consideration.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000
