Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Otolaryngology Physician to join our dynamic team, which includes 2 experienced ENTs and 4 dedicated ENT nurses. The practice primarily focuses on general ENT care but is open to candidates interested in subspecialization.
Our clinic is well-supported by audiologists and allergists, providing comprehensive care for our patients. The role includes:
- In-office procedures such as sinuplasty and turbinoplasty.
- The opportunity to expand procedural offerings through a dedicated outpatient clinic.
- Management of an established patient panel with over 30 patients seen daily.
- Collaboration with more than 100 primary care physicians for referrals.
- Access to 22 family practice clinics, 3 internal medicine clinics, and 3 urgent care clinics.
The clinic is conveniently located on the hospital campus and features:
- 5 fully equipped exam rooms.
- A supportive team of 4 ENT nurses, 2 audiologists, 2 front desk receptionists, 2 allergists, and 3 allergy nurses.
Practice Environment:
The work schedule consists of 3 days in the clinic and 2 days in the operating room, allowing for:
- 12 new patients and 20 follow-up appointments.
- Consultation times tailored to the provider's preferences, with 15 minutes for new patients and 10 minutes for follow-ups.
Clinic hours are Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM and Friday from 8 AM to 3 PM.
