Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to provide high-quality patient care and contribute to the success of our healthcare team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patients to identify their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals and objectives
  • Provide direct patient care, including physical therapy interventions and education
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care
  • Document patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification
  • Minimum one year's experience as a Physical Therapist
  • Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure
  • CPR certification
