Overview:
Mindlance is in search of a proficient Lead Automation Specialist. This role is pivotal in crafting automated solutions for software operations. The ideal candidate will execute tests across various platforms including databases, systems, networks, applications, hardware, and software, while pinpointing bugs and quality concerns within development, service, or business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Spearhead the development of a comprehensive test automation framework.
2. Collaborate with Agile teams to create effective test automation solutions.
3. Provide guidance and training to Agile teams on Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) practices and troubleshoot technical challenges.
4. Engage with teams regularly to support their automation and regression testing needs.

Essential Skills:
- Proficiency in AWS, Node.js, and TypeScript.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline is preferred.
