Albany Medical Center is a leading healthcare provider seeking a highly skilled Critical Care Registered Nurse to join its team. The successful candidate will provide specialized care to critically ill adult patients in a 30-bed combined intensive care unit.
About the Role:- Deliver primary and emergency care for complex injuries and illnesses.
- Implement physician orders, administer medications, start IVs, perform treatments, procedures, and special tests, documenting treatment as required by regulations.
- Evaluate patient needs for, and responses to, care rendered, applying sound nursing judgment in patient care management decisions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of quality concepts, principles, and problem-solving tools and techniques to support departmental and patient care quality improvement.
Working Conditions:Night shift work in the United States.
