Job Overview:
As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Oracle database systems.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee database management across various stages of the product lifecycle, ensuring seamless transitions from development to production.
2. Configure and uphold database servers and processes, monitoring system health and performance to guarantee optimal performance, availability, and security.
3. Analyze and resolve issues in real-time, providing comprehensive problem resolution from start to finish.
4. Work autonomously with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
5. Design and implement processes for database configuration management, ensuring consistency and reliability across environments.
6. Document processes and procedures for team use, promoting a standardized approach to database management.
7. Contribute to the adoption of automation technologies to enhance the management of our Oracle database infrastructure on Oracle Cloud.
8. Utilize sound judgment and troubleshooting skills to investigate issues, propose solutions, and communicate findings clearly.

Required Expertise:
1. Extensive experience in Oracle database administration within an enterprise context, including:
- Installation, patching, and upgrading of Oracle Database software.
- Creation, deployment, and management of Oracle databases on Oracle RAC.
2. Proficient in user and roles management, tablespace creation, index management, and space optimization.
3. Expertise in database security, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
4. Hands-on experience with Oracle RAC, Oracle ASM, and Oracle Data Guard.
5. Familiarity with database migrations using RMAN and RMAN-based recovery processes.
6. Proficient in Oracle Enterprise Manager Grid Control administration.
7. Strong knowledge of Linux/Unix systems from a power-user and scripting perspective.
8. In-depth experience with Oracle Real Application Cluster (RAC/ASM) and RDBMS versions 12c/18c/19c.
9. Experience with Oracle Public Cloud is highly advantageous.

Availability:
Must be available for on-call rotation and off-shift work.
