Parking Ambassador Job Description

Overview:

This role is committed to delivering exceptional service to all American Bank Center parking assets, ensuring a safe and secure experience for guests and employees. The Parking Ambassador will provide a positive first impression, ensuring a world-class experience for all.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to all guests, ensuring a positive first impression
  • Monitor parking lots for safety and security, ensuring the well-being of guests and employees
  • Offer directions and venue information to guests
  • Direct guests and employees to available parking spaces
  • Maximize parking capacity while ensuring a safe and secure environment
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest comments and complaints
  • Maintain a neat and clean appearance during all scheduled shifts
  • Control and monitor entry to parking lots

Qualifications:

  • Prior parking experience is highly desirable
  • Excellent customer service and technology handling skills are essential
  • Must be polite, friendly, and possess excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Reliable transportation is required
  • Ability to work varied hours, including nights and weekends
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and walk long distances
  • Ability to work outdoors in extreme heat and weather conditions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
