Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Full Time Classified Advertising Representative at Wheeling Newspapers. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for scheduling and processing classified ads, performing office duties, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
  • Process classified ads, legal notices, and obituaries in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously
  • Analyze data and make informed decisions to meet business objectives
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Negotiate advertising rates and packages with clients

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND ABILITY TO WORK IN A TEAM ENVIRONMENT
  • STONG TYPING SKILLS AND ATTENTION TO DETAIL
  • ABILITY TO WORK IN A FAST-PACED OFFICE ENVIRONMENT
  • RELIABILITY AND SELF-MOTIVATION
  • CERTIFICATION IN COMPUTER SOFTWARE AND DATABASE MANAGEMENT

What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $35,000 - $45,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include health and life insurance, 401k plan, accrued vacation and sick time, and possible part-time opportunities.
