Full Time Dental Assistant

Aventura Dental Excellence is seeking a highly skilled and energetic Full Time Dental Assistant to join our team in Aventura, Florida.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to assist our dentists in providing exceptional patient care. As a Full Time Dental Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing patients for treatments, selecting and setting up instrumentation and equipment, and maintaining accurate patient records.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist dentists chairside during procedures
  • Welcome patients and prepare them for treatments or checkups
  • Prepare and maintain accurate patient records
  • Perform lab tasks as instructed
  • Provide post-operative care instructions
  • Maintain clean and stocked operatories
Requirements:
  • Active Florida dental assistant license required
  • Dental Assistant training/school certification
  • 2 or more years of dental assisting clinical experience required
  • Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization methods
  • Understanding of health & safety regulations
  • Experience with digital software
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
