Salary
The estimated annual salary for this role is $190,000-$220,000.
Job Description
As an Aspen Dental dentist, you will lead a patient-centric team that respects your clinical judgment and leadership. You will conduct comprehensive full mouth exams, diagnose dental conditions, offer treatment planning options, and provide high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency.
You will also mentor and coach a talented staff, expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development, and network with professional groups to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive full mouth exams and diagnosing dental conditions
- Offering treatment planning options and discussing them with patients
- Providing high-quality clinical treatments with excellence and efficiency
- Mentoring and coaching a talented staff
- Expanding your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development
- Networking with professional groups, dental associations, and societies to represent Aspen Dental-branded practices in the community
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a DDS or DMD from an accredited school. Additionally, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong leadership abilities.
