Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) training in-home for children on the autism spectrum. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and their families.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong passion for working with children and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Experience in ABA instruction is desired, but not required. We offer a competitive salary, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ABA instruction part-time in the client's home or school using individualized curriculum.
  • Participate in daily communication with parents regarding their child's progress and behavior.
  • Collect and analyze skill acquisition and behavior data, with oversight and supervision provided by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Reliable transportation and a track record of reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
