About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to join our team at Spectrum Ventures. As a key member of our purchasing team, you will be responsible for procuring materials and services for one of our plants located in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Procure materials and services from suppliers in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with business operations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
