About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Pre-Fab Foreman to join our team at Prime Partners. As a key member of our pre-fabrication electrical technicians team, you will be responsible for managing work in progress, maintaining shop production schedules, and ensuring that all projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate the work of 2-10 electricians, including apprentices and journeymen
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations
  • Plan, direct, and inspect installations to ensure quality and compliance with electrical codes
  • Interpret and understand schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and implement effective solutions
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial and industrial electrical work
  • Strong knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid Texas driver's license and means of transportation
  • High school diploma or GED; State of Texas Journeyman License (preferred)
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification; Awareness or Certified in 70E NFP (preferred)
Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. This figure may vary depending on individual qualifications and experience.
