In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, we are seeking a highly skilled Breakfast Attendant to join our team at the EverSpring Inn Bismarck. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional breakfast experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve high-quality breakfast items, ensuring promptness, presentation, and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Engage with guests, providing friendly and attentive service, and addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless operational processes and efficient workflow.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in food preparation, customer service, and teamwork.
- Prior experience in a busy food service environment, preferably in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks, and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Physical stamina to lift 25 pounds, stand for extended periods, and perform other job-related duties.
We provide a competitive salary, ranging from $18.50 to $22.00 per hour, depending on experience. This part-time position offers flexibility and opportunities for growth within our organization.
