As a Security Officer, your role will involve protecting and serving clients across various sectors, including Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by implementing safety and security protocols, site-specific policies, and emergency response actions when necessary.
  • React to incidents and critical situations with a calm and solution-oriented approach.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols of the premises and surrounding areas, with varying conditions depending on the client site.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using computers or tablets.
  • Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed positions; 21+ years for armed roles.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
  • Applicants will undergo a background check in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Drug screening may be required as part of the employment process.
  • Licensing requirements may vary based on state and local regulations; a valid driver's license is necessary for driving roles.
