Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operator to join our team at Angstrom Tubular Solutions. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for building, testing, and packing parts to ensure the highest quality standards are met.

• Build and test parts using hand tools and automatic equipment.
• Follow operator instructions for machine operation and inspection of parts to ensure compliance with ATS quality standards.
• Document quality and machine downtime data during manufacturing.
• Pack products in containers for shipping, ensuring correct labels and customer part numbers.
• Perform additional duties necessary for production support, including housekeeping and maintaining a safe work environment.
• Follow safe handling practices to prevent damage to materials and personnel.
• Perform scrap and rework operations as directed.
• Notify Quality Assurance of problems requiring corrective action.
• Report equipment malfunctions to the Manufacturing Manager.
• Have authority to stop processing parts when quality requirements are not met.

• Knowledge of quality procedures and manufacturing operations.
• Ability to perform physical labor requiring hand-eye coordination.
• Understanding of production processes and parts.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and/or overtime as needed.
