Job DescriptionAs a CVOR RN, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of cardiovascular surgeries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Carefully assessing patients before, during, and after surgery to identify potential risks and complications
- Developing and implementing individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient information, including vital signs, medication administration, and surgical procedures
- Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a CVOR RN, with a strong foundation in cardiovascular surgery and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. You will also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
