We currently have an exciting opportunity for a full-time LPN to join our team in Oakmont, PA. Salary: $28-$31 per hour, based on experience. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of others, this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

As an LPN with us, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing hands-on assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and toileting.
  • Administering medications, including IV therapy, as prescribed by our medical team.
  • Assisting with wound care and managing patient pain levels.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting any changes or concerns to our healthcare team.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:

  • A valid Pennsylvania LPN license.
  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working with older adults, preferably in long-term care, home healthcare, or community health settings.
