**Job Summary**

We are seeking experienced CDL A truck drivers to join our Lease Purchase Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to own your own truck and enjoy the benefits of being your own boss.

  • **Earn 70% Revenue, Plus Fuel Surcharge**: You'll earn a competitive rate of 70% revenue, plus fuel surcharge, giving you the opportunity to maximize your earnings.
  • **Average Mileage Rate: $2.02**: Our drivers average a mileage rate of $2.02, providing a stable income stream.
  • **Sign-on Bonus Available**: We offer a sign-on bonus to new drivers, providing an added incentive to join our team.
  • **Pet Policy**: We welcome pets, with a maximum weight limit of 40 lbs per pet.
  • **Rider Policy**: Solo drivers are allowed to have a rider, making it easier to have a companion on the road.

**Home Time**: Our drivers enjoy regular home time, allowing you to spend quality time with family and friends.

**Job Requirements**

  • **21 Years or Older**: You must be at least 21 years old to apply.
  • **CDL A, 6 Months of Experience**: You'll need a valid CDL A license and at least 6 months of experience.
  • **Arrest and Conviction Records**: We consider applicants with arrest and conviction records, in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
