Job Title: Cook

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at the Laugh Factory Covina LLC. As a Cook, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and overseeing food preparations to ensure high-quality dishes are served promptly during our shows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare food items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Manage kitchen operations during our shows, ensuring food is prepared and served promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Manage inventory and prepare for ordering of food supplies.
  • Work closely with management to ensure food operations align with the comedy club's overall goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience in a similar role in a food environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Knowledge of food preparation and presentation techniques.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A degree or certification in culinary arts is preferred but not required.
