Avera seeks a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join its team. As a Facilities Technician II, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance on equipment, assisting departments through the requisition for service program, and ensuring the building and all equipment are in good working order.

**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a qualified candidate with high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, temperature controls, welding, and hardware troubleshooting. A valid driver's license is also required.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform preventive maintenance on assigned equipment

- Assist departments through the requisition for service program

- Ensure the building and all equipment are in good working order

- Communicate problems, conditions, and information back to the Environmental Director of Facilities

- Provide exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests, and fellow employees at all times
