Responsibilities- Assess patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions to develop an effective treatment plan.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering physical therapy interventions and educating patients and families on appropriate physical therapy methods.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to plan and evaluate patient care, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, setting realistic and achievable goals for patients.
- Document and record patient progress, maintaining accurate and detailed records of treatment plans and outcomes.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy with NPTE certification.
- Minimum one year's experience as a Physical Therapist.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist/PT or actively pursuing licensure.
- Current CPR certification.
