Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing both small and large-scale projects from discovery and design to development and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
    • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget and quality standards.
    • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Client Relationships
    • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual understanding and agreement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to deliver exceptional results.
    • Delegate responsibilities and tasks to team members, ensuring clear understanding and accountability.
  • Quality Control
    • Ensure all projects meet HITT's quality standards, including safety, quality, and sustainability.
    • Identify and address any quality issues, implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Business Development
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including acquiring new clients and contracts.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial general contracting, with a focus on project management.
  • A four-year degree from an accredited university, with a concentration in construction, engineering, or business.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft suite, including project management tools.
