Prime Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Lower Bucks Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare organization.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans, taking into account the patient's medical history, physical condition, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition, including cardiac monitoring, results of diagnostic studies, and symptomatology.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in nursing care.
- Current and valid state RN license.
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current.
- Current ACLS certificate 30 days upon hire and maintain current (preferred).
- Previous Acute Care hospital experience (preferred).
- Ventilator Management experience (preferred).
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (preferred).
