Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS Analyst to join our team at TDW Inc. The successful candidate will have expertise in Workday HRIS systems and a strong analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configure and Maintain Workday HRIS System
    • Design and implement business processes, reports, and securities to meet the needs of our HR operations.
    • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements through regular system audits.
  • Provide Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting
    • Offer timely and effective support for HRIS-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • Develop and Deliver User Training and Documentation
    • Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Workday Releases and Enhancements
    • Assess the impact of Workday releases and enhancements on our current processes and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Participate in Cross-Functional Projects
    • Contribute HRIS expertise and insights to cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
  • Conduct Continuous Improvement Projects
    • Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, improve Workday processes, workflows, integrations, and data integrity.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a Related Field
  • Minimum of 2 Years' Experience Working with HRIS/HCM Systems
  • Strong Analytical, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in Understanding and Interpreting Complex Business Requirements
  • Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Projects Simultaneously
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills with the Ability to Collaborate Effectively
