Key Responsibilities- Configure and Maintain Workday HRIS System
- Design and implement business processes, reports, and securities to meet the needs of our HR operations.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with company policies and legal requirements through regular system audits.
- Provide Ongoing Support and Troubleshooting
- Offer timely and effective support for HRIS-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
- Develop and Deliver User Training and Documentation
- Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to maximize system utilization and efficiency.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Workday Releases and Enhancements
- Assess the impact of Workday releases and enhancements on our current processes and make recommendations for improvements.
- Participate in Cross-Functional Projects
- Contribute HRIS expertise and insights to cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with our business objectives.
- Conduct Continuous Improvement Projects
- Identify opportunities to optimize system performance, improve Workday processes, workflows, integrations, and data integrity.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, or a Related Field
- Minimum of 2 Years' Experience Working with HRIS/HCM Systems
- Strong Analytical, Critical Thinking, and Problem-Solving Skills
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Understanding and Interpreting Complex Business Requirements
- Ability to Manage Multiple Tasks and Projects Simultaneously
- Strong Interpersonal Skills with the Ability to Collaborate Effectively
