Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Cleaning and Sanitation Specialist to join our team at Penn National Gaming. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of our gaming facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Daily Cleaning Projects: Perform daily cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors, including sweeping, mopping, and cleaning of kitchen floors, equipment, and garbage cans.
  • Maintenance of Hood Vent System and Ovens: Regularly clean and maintain the hood vent system and ovens to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Garbage Can Sanitation: Clean and sanitize all garbage cans to prevent the spread of bacteria and odors.
  • Floor and Wall Maintenance: Ensure the cleanliness of all floors, walls, and surfaces to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
