Job Summary:

Thermopolis Rehabilitation and Wellness is seeking a skilled Nurse Care Manager to oversee the delivery of nursing care to residents. This role involves supervising other staff members, following established plans of care, and performing general nursing duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate nursing care to ensure high-quality resident outcomes
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Monitor and report on resident progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Current licensure in the state of employment
