Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of clinic operations, including staffing, scheduling, and inventory control.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction, outcomes, and retention.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year experience in healthcare management or a related field.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical records systems.
