About the Role

This Transportation Coordinator position involves ensuring timely and safe pick-ups and deliveries to our customers. The ideal candidate will be hauling wheat, fertilizer, and/or grain depending on the season, with considerable overtime available during peak periods.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and optimize logistics routes for efficient delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, inspections, and load securement
  • Provide exceptional customer service and promptly address any concerns
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Requirements

The successful candidate must possess a Class A CDL, high school diploma or equivalent, and basic knowledge of transportation safety procedures. Additional qualifications include:

  • A valid DOT medical card
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
  • Willingness to work additional hours, overnight stays, and occasional weekends
