Salary and Benefits
RN-$45.00/hourly (+)

About the Role
As an RN at Octapharma Plasma, your primary responsibilities will include performing medical evaluations of potential donors, determining donor suitability, providing limited emergency care, conducting evaluations to ensure compliance with criteria for normal plasma donors, reviewing medical histories, maintaining communication logs, and counseling donors with abnormal test results. You will be expected to educate donors, staff, and community regarding our plasma donation program, as well as maintain a high degree of organization, team orientation, flexibility, and comfort working with a diverse group of people in a busy medical environment.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need a graduation from a recognized healthcare educational program, current licensure as an RN specific to the location of employment, and current certification in CPR. A high degree of computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel, is also required. One or more years of hospital, field care, or plasma center experience is preferred, but not necessary.
