About the Job

KPC GLOBAL MEDICAL CENTERS INC. is seeking a seasoned and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist RN to lead our team in delivering exceptional patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and leadership skills to mentor and educate nursing staff.

Job Description:
  • Develop and Implement Clinical Practice Guidelines: Utilize evidence-based practices to enhance patient outcomes and quality care.
  • Mentor and Educate Nursing Staff: Provide guidance and support to nursing team members to improve their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • Participate in Quality Improvement Initiatives: Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

The successful candidate will be a natural leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN)
  2. Current Registered Nurse licensure in the state
  3. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
