About this Role

We seek a skilled Therapist to join our team at UMFS. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of vulnerable youth who have recently migrated to the United States.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will deliver culturally responsive mental health services, including psycho-educational support groups, crisis intervention, and referrals to community resources.

You will work collaboratively with the Post Release Services team to ensure the youth and their families receive comprehensive support.

Requirements
  • Masters degree in a relevant field with direct clinical experience; or a Bachelors degree with at least five years of clinical experience;
  • Current licensure or eligibility for licensure in Virginia;
  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (oral and written).
Benefits
