We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Mahajan Therapeutics.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will provide quality medication services, work under the supervision of the Nursing Supervisor, and adhere to agency compliance with state and federal standards. This is a part-time position that requires dedication, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Coordinate pharmacological management services, serving as a liaison between medical and psychiatric teams.
- Ensure timely completion of initial nursing assessments, adhering to agency policy and state standards.
- Monitor lab results, review PCP letters, and gather information from prior services for optimal pharmacological management.
- Maintain regular contact with medical and psychiatric consultants to address individual client clinical issues.
- Adequately navigate EHR (Electronic Health Records) system.
- Perform other duties as directed by the Nursing Supervisor.
- LPN or Registered Nurse licensure in Ohio.
- Three years of experience in a nursing setting, preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for effective working relationships with staff and clients.
- Strong organizational skills, writing, speaking clearly, answering telephone, fine dexterity, handling and gripping.
- Calculating, interpreting information, analyzing, assessing, evaluating, explaining, teaching, attention to detail, memory, and reasoning.
