Job Title: Lead HVAC Technician

TemperaturePro - Pasco County FL is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead HVAC Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing our HVAC operations, managing a team of service technicians, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and manage a team of service technicians to ensure efficient and effective delivery of HVAC services
  • Conduct daily check-ins with team members to reinforce company processes and maximize training opportunities
  • Use expertise to troubleshoot and service residential and light commercial systems
  • Maintain communication with customers, workers, and owners to ensure quality services
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • EPA Certified and at least 5-7 years of HVAC experience
  • Strong problem-solving skills and experience troubleshooting, repairing, servicing, and/or installing various HVAC systems
  • Experience managing technicians or employees to work efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
