Job Title: Practice Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and qualified individual to join our team at Thunderbolt Inc. as a Practice Supervisor.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and take on responsibility for the supervision and guidance of trainees in the nursing profession.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, conduct, and evaluate individual training sessions to ensure the transfer of theoretical knowledge into practical skills.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide support and advice to trainees.
  • Develop and implement structured training programs to meet the needs of trainees.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Several years of experience in various nursing fields.
  • Knowledge of the nursing process and care planning.
  • A qualification as a practice instructor.
  • Strong teamwork, reliability, and flexibility.
