Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and supervise plumbing work, ensuring high-quality standards and timely completion.
  • Provide leadership and direction to field teams, ensuring work is completed to specification and within budget.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and subcontractors to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Monitor and resolve issues related to work procedures, complaints, damages, accidents, and delays.
  • Implement approved changes to project operations as directed by Project Managers or Operations Managers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, submitting required safety reports.
  • Interpret blueprints and drawings to plan and oversee the layout of plumbing, waste disposal, and water supply systems.
  • Develop cost estimates for labor, supplies, materials, and other project expenses.
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, and construction management teams to establish project budgets and timelines.
  • Manage multiple job sites simultaneously, traveling between locations to oversee operations and manage project workflows.
  • Identify and resolve problems and conflicts as they arise, organizing meetings and collaborating with team members.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Texas Plumbing Journeyman License required.
  • EPA Universal and OSHA 30 certifications.
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Plumbing Superintendent or similar role in commercial construction projects.
  • Thorough knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and technical drawings.
  • Experience using project management software and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to various job sites.

We offer a competitive hourly pay range of $95k-$120k/yr, determined by experience and certifications.
