About the Role

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards of practice, department procedures, and productivity standards.
  • Evaluate residents to obtain necessary data for treatment planning and develop a treatment plan that includes a target list, short-term, and long-term goals.
  • Supervise and direct Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) in the implementation of treatment plans.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Passage of the National Certification examination for OT.
  • Current OT License (or license-eligible) in the State of practice.
