Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tutor to join our team at Learn It Academic Services. As a Tutor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational services to students in a small group learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with school administrators and classroom teachers to develop and implement effective instructional plans.
  • Deliver tutoring services in-person at Silverado High School in Victorville, CA, during the school day or after school.
  • Administer pre and post assessments, track student progress, and provide data-driven instruction.
  • Provide a safe and positive learning environment, and maintain effective classroom management.
  • Work closely with the educational team to ensure seamless delivery of services.
Requirements
  • Teaching or tutoring experience required.
  • Ability to tutor high school math and/or English language arts.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to provide excellent customer service.
  • Must be able to lift 30 pounds and stand frequently.
  • Hand dexterity for typing and entering data into a computer.
What We Offer
