We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Clinician to join our team at Insight Global. As a key member of our child welfare organization, you will be responsible for directing a small team of clinicians and providing leadership in the delivery of high-quality clinical services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports to ensure quality assurance and documentation compliance.
  • Develop and implement on-call schedules to support children and staff, ensuring timely and effective crisis management.
  • Provide counseling, evaluations, and crisis management services as needed, while maintaining a focus on goal-oriented psychosocial diagnostic assessments and service plans.
  • Supervise and support clinical staff, providing opportunities for routine consultation and supervision to ensure excellence in practice.
  • Assist in discharge planning and ensure that clinicians complete weekly group sessions, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, children, and families, utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
Requirements:
  • 21 years old
  • LMFT, LMSW, LCSW, LPC, or equivalent licensure
  • Masters degree in psychology, sociology, or behavioral sciences
  • 2 years of clinical employment experience in the behavioral sciences or social work
  • Excellent multitasking, detail-oriented, organized, and verbal communication skills
  • Clear MVR and Background Check
