Residential Therapist

Lund is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Residential Clinician to join our team. As a Residential Clinician, you will provide comprehensive therapeutic clinical support in a residential treatment setting for parents with mental health and substance use disorders.
Responsibilities- Provide individual treatment and therapeutic groups to support clients in achieving their goals
- Conduct assessments and referrals as needed
- Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive support to families
- Facilitate therapeutic groups and individual counseling to support clients in achieving client-identified goals
- Masters in psychology, social work, or counseling required
- LADC and mental health licensures or eligibility preferred
- Experience with family-centered practice preferred
- Solid assessment, documentation, and narrative writing skills essential
