Business Immigration Attorney Content Specialist

Ogletree Deakins is a leading international law firm with 55 offices across North America and Europe. We are seeking a highly skilled Business Immigration Attorney Content Specialist to join our Washington, D.C. based team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in business immigration law and excellent writing skills. As a key member of our immigration practice group, the Attorney Content Specialist will be responsible for drafting high-quality content, including correspondence, memoranda, and other materials, to support our attorneys in their work with domestic and international corporations and businesses.
The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program, and at least 4 years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice. Excellent research and writing skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively with reviewing attorneys, are essential for this role.
We offer a competitive salary range of $53,500 to $97,000, depending on experience and location. **Job Responsibilities:**
- Draft high-quality content, including correspondence, memoranda, and other materials, to support our attorneys in their work with domestic and international corporations and businesses.
- Research and investigate facts to prepare documents to assist attorneys with immigration matters.
- Translate facts into understandable and persuasive content to be reviewed by officers adjudicating immigration matters.
- Collaborate with immigration attorneys on special writing projects.
- Ensure the accuracy of information and adhere to government deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university, or a paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program.
- At least 4 years of paralegal experience in a business immigration practice.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with reviewing attorneys.
