Position Overview

The Coffee Shop Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization within the Reserve Coffee Shop. This role requires flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adhere to state sanitation and health regulations as well as hotel policies.
  • Ensure the Reserve Coffee Shop is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
  • Assist in serving grab-and-go items and replenish supplies as needed.
  • Address and resolve guest complaints to ensure satisfaction.
  • Participate in scheduled inventory management.
  • Prepare a variety of coffee and tea beverages for guests.
  • Handle cash transactions and accurately record customer orders.
  • Grind and brew coffee to maintain quality standards.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and place orders for supplies.
  • Follow operational policies and procedures diligently.
  • Maintain punctuality and consistent attendance.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Effective communication skills in English; Spanish is advantageous.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a guest service role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and legibly.
  • Basic arithmetic skills are necessary.
  • Previous training in guest relations is preferred.
