Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Global Partners LP is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of our fuel stations and convenience stores.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing the store's operations, including inventory management, customer service, and staff supervision.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and develop cashier/sales associate staff.
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and sanitation, and ensure a quality buying experience for all customers.
  • Monitor shift cash handling and inventory, and investigate shortages/overages.
  • Assist in investigations of inventory variations and implement corrective actions.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and flexibility to work weekend, holiday, and/or evening shifts.
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and move quickly around the store.
