Pharmacist Job Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a skilled Hospital Pharmacist to join one of our hospital clients in Colorado on a contract basis. This is a full-time opportunity for pharmacists who enjoy travel and are ready to make a positive impact in an inpatient hospital setting.

Position Details:
  • Duration: 13+ week contract
  • Schedule: Primarily day shifts with occasional evening shifts
  • Start Date: ASAP
  • Setting: Inpatient hospital
  • Location: Colorado

  • Travel Package: Available for qualifying candidates
Job Responsibilities:
  • Validate the accuracy and appropriateness of medication orders
  • Compound medications and accurately dispense prescribed medications according to professional standards and orders
  • Provide consultative services on medications, interactions, and drug-related information
  • Follow medication protocols, policies, and procedures
  • Document clinical activities and outcomes
  • Foster strong relationships with pharmacy leadership, staff, and other hospital departments
  • Prioritize patient care and ensure the patient is central in all tasks
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience as a Hospital Pharmacist
  • Active Colorado Pharmacist license in good standing
