Job SummaryWe are seeking Quality Inspectors to join our team in a newly designed cell supporting one of our major customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our products meet our company's quality standards and customer specifications.
Responsibilities- Inspect and Verify Product Conformance: Utilize various measuring devices, including calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, height gages, thread rings, and plug gages, to inspect parts and verify conformance to specifications.
- Calibrate Measuring Equipment: Calibrate applicable gages and measuring equipment according to instructions.
- Assist with Quality Documentation: Assist with PPAP, SPC, and other quality-related customer documentation.
- Maintain Equipment and Departmental Standards: Perform general preventive maintenance tasks on equipment and maintain departmental housekeeping standards.
- Train and Develop Team Members: Train other employees to maintain or improve job skills and contribute to continual improvement initiatives.
- Perform Other Duties: Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
