Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Optical Systems Engineer to join our team at Nanobiosym. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining optical workbenches with laser sources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop optical systems for various applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate optical systems into larger projects
  • Develop and maintain Labview and Matlab programming skills
  • Conduct experiments and data analysis to optimize optical designs
  • Work closely with senior engineers to troubleshoot and refine optical systems

Requirements

We are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong background in optics and photonics. The ideal candidate will have:

  • PhD or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Experimental Physics, Optics, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant research experience
  • Advanced Labview and Matlab programming skills
  • Strong data acquisition and statistics skills
  • Strong understanding of optical theory
